To celebrate Thanksgiving, I decided to head over to the LA Convention Center for the annual LA Auto Show to celebrate the new and concept models that the automobile world has come up with. Some of the names featured at the show were Audi, Mercedes Benz, Lotus, Aston Martin, and Cadillac, just to name a few.
I found the new technology of all-electric vehicles to be very intriguing, and I am definitely looking forward to them perfecting the all-electrics in the near future. Here are some of the photos I snapped from the event:
I love the matte on this Mercedes.

My favorite Minis are the ones decked with British emblems.

As his 4th year creating master collections, designer Toon Geboers has created a collection entitled “Wednesday” inspired by the eternally elegant Wednesday Addams of the Addams Family for a slightly dark collection full of stripes in black and white. The lookbook is shot by photographer Zeb Daemen featuring models Romy and Topaez channelling complete Wednesday glamour in a classic garden scenery with roman statues and all.
To end the final leg of their epic 4 year tour, The Vader Project is returning to Hollywood in June for one last 10-day exhibition before the July Freeman auction in Philadelphia. The Vader Project collection features 100 uniquely re-designed Darth Vader helmets from today’s hottest artists such as Simone Legno of Tokidoki, Mister Cartoon, Buff Monster, and Plasticgod.

On Saturday, the 12th, over 20 of the featured artists will be having a catalog signing beginning at 2pm with the exhibition running from Saturday, the 12th, until Sunday, the 20th, from noon to 6pm.
Collection: Aje Fall/Winter 2010/2011
Model: Bambi Northwood-Blyth
Australian label Aje has created a great collection of black and white designs for this fall in the typical trendy Aussie fashion that I adore presented by model Bambi Northwood-Blyth.
To please the casual and bohemian palette, retailer H&M presents 19-year-old Australian model Skye Stracke and 23-year-old Lindsay Ellingson in an editorial entitled “The Beach” for their summer issue of H&M Magazine. Shot by photographer Benjamin Alexander Huseby, Skye and Lindsay look very fresh and appealing in H&M‘s upcoming summer collection.
Mattel is always looking for new inspirations to collaborate with Barbie having special edition collections in the past by the likes of the LA Lakers, Disney Princesses, and Twilight. This time around, they have tapped the designs by fashion designer Christian Louboutin for three unique looks.
The first look is Cat Burglar Barbie in a full, black catsuit, three pairs of sandals, and a pair of leopard print boots. The second look is Dolly Forever Barbie in a khaki mini with a gold belt, pink sunglasses, three pairs of sandals, and fuchsia, fringed boots. The last look is Anemone Barbie in a floor-length green and purple gown with four pairs of sandals.
All the shoes in the collection have the signature Christian Louboutin red soles available for pre-sale now at BarbieCollector.com and available now at Net-A-Porter.com for $150 each. From red carpet and photo shoots to rooftop mime sessions, I don’t think Barbie has ever looked so chic!
