This past Sunday, the 6th, MTV held their 19th annual movie awards in Universal City, California at Gibson Amphitheater. Here are some of my favorite looks from the red carpet that night:

Guinevere van Seenus – Numéro #114 June/July 2010

Magazine: Numéro #114 June/July 2010
Editorial: Le Dame du Lac (The Dame of the Lake)
Photographer: Jeff Burton
Model: Guinevere van Seenus (IMG)
Stylist: Franck Benhamou

Although many may not find the ghostly white skin beautiful these days especially with all the fake tanners available, I find pale skin to be very beautiful and pure and 32-year-old Guinevere van Seenus embodies that vision in an editorial entitled “Le Dame du Lac” or “The Dame of the Lake” for the 114th issue of Numéro for this June and July. Whimsically shot by photographer Jeff Burton by a dreamy lake, stylist Franck Benhamou dressed Guinevere in designs by the likes of Chanel, Versace, Herve Leger, Lanvin, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and John Galliano.

Madonna worked with the creative minds at Dolce & Gabbana to create a new line of MDG sunglasses, so for no surprise, Madonna is featured in the ad campaign. Shot in a bathroom stall by photographer Steven Klein, Madonna shows off her sultry cougar attitude caressing a studly young man that must be half her age while being followed by reporters.

For the spring 2010 issue of V Magazine, none other than the gorgeous 28-year-old blonde bombshell Kirsten Dunst graces the cover as well as a spread entitled “The Art of Being Kirsten Dunst”. For the April 2010 issue of Elle Spain, illustrator Ulrich Schröder combined the classic Disney characters as some top designers along with other Disney characters in the background to include Tinkerbell, Peter Pan, the seven dwarfs, Lilo & Stitch, the Three Little Pigs, Toy Story, and more. I’ve always been a fan of Disney and I love how they incorporated designers as the Disney characters.

The May ’10 issue of Vogue Germany is dedicated to jeans with the gorgeous 36-year-old popstar turned designer Victoria Beckham gracing the cover. “Shrek of A Guy” – VMAN #18 Summer 2010

Magazine: VMAN #18 Summer ’10
Editorial: Shrek of A Guy
Photographer: Ellen von Unwerth
Models: Emma Dumont (FORD), Francisco Lachowski (FORD), & Paolo Anchisi (FORD)
Stylist: Nicola Formichetti

For an animated yet fashionable editorial, 15-year-old newcomer Emma Dumont, Brazilian Francisco Lachowski, and male model Paolo Anchisi are joined by the cast of Shrek in the 18th issue of VMAN this summer. Styled by Lady Gaga‘s stylist, Nicola Formichetti, Emma, Francisco, and Paolo are featured in designs in black and jeans for quite a chic and fun story shot by photographer Ellen von Unwerth at The Standard, New York. Although Dreamworks first approved on this project, they are not happy with the results due to the raciness surrounding the cartoon characters making them not kid-friendly. I personally love the way the characters and the models are interacting in this editorial, but it is definitely not for children.
