Over Thanksgiving weekend, I went to the LA Convention Center to check out the LA Auto Show. To be completely honest, the Auto Show this year seemed a bit lacking and bare minimal compared to previous years. I probably will not be going to the show next year. Here are some of my favorites of the evening:
Last weekend, the LA Art Show was in town at the LA Convention Center. I know convention centers are created to be versatile, but I am always excited to see how the space is transformed each time. The Art Show this year incorporated a lot more artists that utilize pop culture and street techniques, which is definitely a welcomed change next to all the traditional and classic works. Here are some of my favorite pieces from the show:
To celebrate Thanksgiving, I decided to head over to the LA Convention Center for the annual LA Auto Show to celebrate the new and concept models that the automobile world has come up with. Some of the names featured at the show were Audi, Mercedes Benz, Lotus, Aston Martin, and Cadillac, just to name a few.
I found the new technology of all-electric vehicles to be very intriguing, and I am definitely looking forward to them perfecting the all-electrics in the near future. Here are some of the photos I snapped from the event:
I love the matte on this Mercedes.
Mercedes Benz SLS AMG with Gullwing Doors
My favorite Minis are the ones decked with British emblems.

Yesterday, I went to the final day of the 2nd Annual THC Expose at the LA Convention Center and the 2nd night of HARD presenting the Bloody Beetroots with Sinden, Jokers of the Scene, Designer Drugs, and Destructo at the Palladium in Hollywood. I thought the THC Expose was definitely a step up from last year showing a wider range of uses of marijuana in the form of hemp and such, different and quite innovative products for one to medicate, numerous talented artists, and an interesting variety of entertainment.
As for the Bloody Beetroots, they of course pounded out all their big songs as well as breaking out on the drums and guitar for some hardcore/metal songs. As for the crowd that attended the show, all I can say is, our generation is DOOMED. I did have a good time though with Mikey, and Tarek and Steve came out to play as well! Here are some photos from the night:
